Unfortunately there is a strict no refund or exchange on change of mind for all items. Nor do we offer rain checks.
In the unlikely event that your order was mixed up, simply contact us within 5 days. We will happily send you the correct item once the original item is returned. We will reimburse you for any cost incurred returning the incorrect item to us.
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us within 5 days. We will happily replace or refund your item once it has been returned to us in its original state within 14 days.

Please Note the MDF frames we use are upcycled and are only used as a display for the artwork. Due to the materials of the frame we recommend getting the artwork professionally framed at a cost to the customer. These Frames are used to keep the costs down. We hope to add professional framed pieces in the future.
